About Neill Manley
Neill is a degree qualified professional engineer (PrEng ##number##) with an MSc in Pipeline Integrity Management (Northumbria University, UK).
He began his career in petrochemicals and pressure vessel design, before earning invaluable hands-on experience as an offshore diver, CSWIP 3.4u underwater inspection coordinator, and ACFM operator.
Neill has spent over a decade involved in international offshore and subsea projects as a project engineer, client rep, and pipeline integrity engineer. His project experience includes subsea inspection and construction, pipeline integrity assessment, engineering design, and data analysis.
